Webb25 jan. 2016 · I had a neck lift 4 weeks ago. Within the second week I felt a pop under my chin when I stifled a yawn. I contacted my surgeon and he said not to be too concerned as there are many internal stitches and that we'd keep an eye on it. After 4 weeks, I have odd protrusions under my chin.
