Razer Synapse had an update recently, and I think it is to blame because the headphones have not worked since. Prior to the update the headphones worked phenomenally and without issue.

WebDec 15, 2014 · Hello, I'm also using Tiamat 7.1 with Phoebus Solo but I'm not sure I understand your question. Since Tiamat is a true 7.1 system ,it has 4x 3.5mm jacks + mic that need to be connected. So if you connect all of the 4 jacks you will get the 7.1 options to be enabled and they will show up as speakers and not headphones.
