WebPontiff Scythe was the biggest turn off for me. S DEX scaling but it has no innate bleed or frost damage and the weapon art is a crappy little frost addon. I think the outward waves on the weapon art's activation do more frost damage than the frost buff does but good luck hitting anything with that. I think a Resin lasts 30-60 seconds, and a Bundle lasts 7 seconds but is applied much more quickly and almost adds twice as much power as a Resin.
