Web16 de ago. de 2013 · I think it's just one of those things you need to know. If I were you, and this is just my opinion, just concentrate on normals first. Bp 120/80 RR 12-20 T 98.6 HR 60-100. Once you have those memorized then move on to memorizing infants, etc. but I'm betting most of the vitals on your NCLEX will be normals for adults.
