Let it sit for an hour, and you have most slightly got it done. That blow torch also will do wonders. Do that brass drift+ dead blow+torch=Success. I have to get my hands on all that first. I don't have any bike specific tools, only car related products which are probably a little excessive of the job. You either need to take the frame and s/a to an engineering works and have the pin pressed out, or it is possible to shift it with a suitable drift and a lump hammer.
