When the rift opens for the final probe the animation shows the other wanderer wants to take a photo, you have to action the photo within the allowed timeframe by mousing over the rift person and holding 'F'. Scanner was gone, probe was activated, no skins unlocked. Now I cannot find the probe. I traveled to all planets and searched for missing ones but it seems I completed all.
